What to put in the first message

The archive is large and most questions are about one row on one page, so name it and the first reply can be an answer rather than a question:

  • The page you are looking at — paste the URL.
  • What you expected and what you saw instead.
  • For a price or a pair: the venue and the market title, plus roughly when.
  • For availability: your state.
  • A screenshot, if the page looked wrong rather than read wrong.

What we can help with

  • A state row that is out of date, or a venue that changed its rules.
  • A matched pair that is not the same bet, or a gap on the board that disappears once you open both venues.
  • A settlement in who got paid that does not match what the venue actually did.
  • A market missing from the archive, or an odds history that looks broken.
  • Questions about the data itself: what we collect, how often, and how far back.
  • Press, research and partnership requests.

What we cannot help with

This site is an independent archive of Kalshi and Polymarket prices. We are not a broker, an exchange, or any venue's support desk: we have no access to your account, your funds, your KYC review, your withdrawal, or your open positions. Those go to the venue that holds the money, through its own site:

We also do not tell anyone what to bet, and nothing we send is legal, tax or financial advice. If a market's rule text decides real money for you, read it on the venue's own page before you trade.

Impersonators

@ehivedev is our only support handle, and the button above is the only place we publish it. We never message you first, never ask for a password, a seed phrase, a 2FA code or a recovery phrase, and never ask you to send funds anywhere. Anyone doing that while using this site's name is not us — screenshot it and send it over.
