Terms of service
TapeXray publishes prediction-market data and analytics: research, not advice. A membership is a prepaid period, paid in cryptocurrency, delivered in Telegram, and refundable under the refund page's terms.
What TapeXray is
TapeXray publishes prediction-market data and analytics: the same bet priced on Kalshi and Polymarket after fees, the cases the scans found, and who got paid at settlement. It is research, not advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to bet, and every figure should be checked with the venue before money moves.
Membership periods
- A membership is prepaid for a fixed period: 30 days (monthly), 182 days (6 months) or 365 days (annual). Nothing renews by itself; there is no card on file and nothing is charged without a new checkout.
- A new period starts when the current one ends, whichever period you buy, so buying early never shortens what you already have. There is no pro-rating in either direction.
- Real-time alerts continue for 72 hours after a period ends. Renewing inside those 72 hours keeps a founding price for as long as every renewal stays inside them.
- Founding prices are offered to new members until whale alerts ship; after that they hold for members whose chain of renewals never lapsed.
Paying
- Payment is in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, at the USD price shown when the invoice is created. The network fee is added on their page, so the price shown is what we receive.
- A transfer that arrives short does not start a period; the Billing page shows what arrived and what was due. An overpayment starts one period, and the excess is returned on request, by hand.
- Residents of Armenia cannot pay in cryptocurrency under Armenian law. Every checkout asks you to confirm that you are not one; if you are, write to us instead.
Delivery
Alerts and the digest arrive in Telegram. Blocking or stopping the bot stops delivery; it does not pause or extend the period. Delivery can be late or missed when Telegram or our servers are, and a period is not extended for that.
Refunds and the guarantee
The refund page has the terms: a full refund within 14 days of a first purchase, and the counted-opportunities guarantee for the first 30 days. Refunds are sent by hand in the coin we received.

These terms can change; the date under this page says when they last did, and a change applies to periods bought after it. Questions go to the contact page.
