Privacy

What we store

• Your Telegram id and username: to deliver messages and to sign you in on the website.
• Where you first started the bot from (a page of this site, or none).
• Your settings, watched markets and wallets, and alert preferences.
• Your sign-in sessions, as hashes, for up to 30 days each.
• A record of the messages the bot sent you, so the account pages can show your alert history.
• If you buy a membership: the invoices, the payments as NOWPayments reports them, the periods they bought, and any refund or guarantee claim.

What we never store

The account holds no email address, no phone number, no password, no name beyond your Telegram username, no card, and no wallet address of yours beyond what a payment record carries.

Cookies and your browser

• Signing in sets two cookies: the session itself (not readable by page scripts) and a flag that tells the pages you are signed in.
• Starred markets and wallets are kept in your browser's local storage, never sent to us.
• The campaign tags of your first visit (and the site that sent you) are kept in local storage and passed on to a venue's link when you follow one of ours.

After you delete your account

Deleting removes your account, settings, watches, sign-ins and message history at once. Paid records stay as bookkeeping with your Telegram id replaced by a one-way hash: a refund must be able to name what it refunded, and tax records need the payment and the period it bought. The hash is not used to recognise you if you return; a new start with the bot is a new, free account.

Who else sees data

• NOWPayments processes payments and sees the invoice: an order id, the amount and the coin, never your Telegram id. Their payment page runs under their own privacy policy.
• Umami counts page views and events on the website without personal data and without cookies: no Telegram id, no username.
• Telegram carries the messages; its own terms apply to the bot chat.
