Refunds and the guarantee
A full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. Fewer than N counted opportunities in your first 30 days: a refund or a free month, your choice. Paid by hand in the coin we received.
The 14-day refund
Your first purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days of paying for it, from the Billing page. No reason needed. The membership ends when the refund is recorded.
The guarantee
If fewer than N counted opportunities were alerted in your first 30 days, you choose a full refund or a free month. N is four times the lowest full week on record, never under one, published with the counter and on the membership page. The claim opens 30 days after your first period starts and stays open until day 60; the count is checked against the case archive by hand.
One claim per account
Each account can make one claim: a refund within the first 14 days, or the guarantee between day 30 and day 60. Both apply to the first purchase.
How a refund is paid
By hand, in the coin we received, to an address you give us in Telegram, usually within three days of the claim. Cryptocurrency cannot be pulled back by the payment processor, so there is no other rail.
How to claim
From the Billing page while the window is open; each claim gets a reply in Telegram within three days. Anything else goes to the contact page.
